COURSE DESCRIPTION
You will learn to use normoxic helium mixtures with min. 18% oxygen and max. 30% helium. Underwater procedures do not change much from what you have already learned in the Technical foundations and Decompression procedures courses. By adding helium to the breathing mixture, we reduce the risk of nitrogen narcosis, which allows us to perform deeper dives more safely and effectively.
Maximum 60 min. decompression.
